We travel, and have strong opinions about what we expect and high standards for what we enjoy. When we purchased new at Panama City Beach's first new resort in nearly two decades, we saw a blank canvas to put our own stamp on our private getaway. We wanted three bedrooms, two baths and to comfortably sleep eight; to be within a couple hundred feet of the beach, with a huge heated pool, amazing views, walking distance to shopping and dining, covered parking, easy airport access, a huge balcony for morning coffee or just to watch the world...and most of all...amazing views. Last but not least, we often work from home (WFH) so we would need work from beach (WFB) for it all to fit.

The Property
We wanted comfortable designer furniture, the best mattresses money could buy, superb electronics, the highest speed internet possible, great art, and even a workstation for the occasional office emergency. Of course we needed shakers and pourers and mixers and martini glasses and even our own coffee cups.
